Our hours of operation are below. Please note that we may close in the event of inclement weather. We recommend calling ahead on rainy days to confirm we are open.
Last Boat goes out at 6:00 pm

Tuesday- Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday-Sunday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Holidays- Memorial Day, Mothers Day, Juneteenth, Fathers Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day and Halloween.

We do close during rain. If the weather looks overcast, please call ahead or check our website to confirm that we’re open. Any weather-related closures will be posted on our website.

No. Rentals are first come first serve. We do not take reservations unless parties would like to rent 10 or more boats.

We accept most major credit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

Rentals are pro rated by the 1/4 hour after the first hour.

You can rent our canoes or kayaks for as long as you’d like. You just have to be back before closing.

All rentals include a personal flotation device (PFD, life jacket) and paddle.

Yes. We offer parking right across the street from the boathouse. Our address is 496 Main st. Concord Ma, 01742.

Yes. We do allow fishing on our boats but do not provide equipment or bait. No public fishing is allowed on the premises.

Yes- well behaved dogs are permitted on the premises. They must be kept on a leash at all times and owners are responsible for their behavior. Life jackets are available for rent at a rate of $5.00.

Yes. We rent dry bags for $3.00.

Yes. Please No Alcohol. Once you arrive ask our staff for the best spots to picnic!

No. We do not offer public launching. There is a boat launch in Concord Ma - Lowell Road Boat Ramp. It is free and open to the public.

You can travel 10 miles on the Assabet River, 16 miles on the Sudbury River and 10 on the Concord River.

Destination #1, you can paddle to the historic Old North Bridge in approximately 1 to 1.5 hours round trip.
Destination #2 you can paddle to Fair Haven Bay. This route typically takes between 2 and 3 hours.

Yes, there is a mild current that can vary slightly depending on the weather, but it remains very manageable for most paddlers.

Yes. We have a full operational bathroom on site.

We do not sell water nor refreshments on site.

Yes, we do have jackets that will fit children of all sizes.

To rent a canoe or kayak independently, individuals must be 18 years old. Children aged 10 and older may operate their own boat if accompanied by an adult.

Yes. We have gift cards for sale. You can purchase them at the boat house in person or over the phone.
